3. Choose Cash or Credit— Take cash on the spot or opt for store credit at a boosted rate toward your next purchase.

Trade-In Questions, Answered

  • What determines the trade-in value of my item?

Value depends on condition, completeness (box, manuals, cables), demand, and current market value. We explain how we arrived at every quote.

  • What items do you accept?

We accept games, consoles, accessories, and collectibles across retro and modern platforms. Untested or broken items may still qualify for parts value.

  • Do I need the original box or accessories?

Complete sets with box, manual, and cables earn more. Loose items are still accepted at an adjusted value.

  • Can I get store credit instead of cash?

Yes. Store credit is offered at a boosted rate compared to a cash payout.
